Does this device detect all types of counterfeit currency, or just bleached counterfeit currency?

This Conterfeit Detection unit also checks for ultra-violet markings, magnetic ink and Infra-red and therefore detects many different types of conterfeit currency not just bleached bills.
Does this device plug into a normal wall outlet? Or what do you need to make this operate?? What type of plug in or does it come with one?
